Winter cycling videos

Winter is coming and the cycling season is ending. The good farmer makes his sleigh in the summer and repairs his bike in the winter. Screws and grease are in high demand. But we are not good farmers. We love winter as much as we love summer or maybe more. And we cannot stay away from our bikes an entire season anyway. It's not defiance, it's love. We are the snow riders.

There is nothing more beautiful and demanding like a frosty winter morning. The sun is pale, you can see your breath, and your hands freeze on the handlebars. By the way, somebody should invent heated handlebars for bicycles. The cold breaks the stones, but it doesn't break us. After putting on several layers of clothing, we start our day pedaling. Some of us go to work, some try the frozen roads, some even aim for a slope. Everything on wheels, of course. Except the snow and the cold, winter is pretty much like summer. All bike related activities are open for the brave ones.

Cycling in winter is a fun activity. You never know what you're gonna get, like somebody's mom use to say. It might be snow, hard mud, slippery ice or all of these put together. It's like skating on wheels. With a hot heart and icy eyes, everything seems a fairy tale. And the hero inside you is ready for anything. The interesting part is that even if you get cold on the outside, on the inside you are burning with excitement and happiness. Like a lava cake.
